Can't believe how well this shed was built. For basically the same price of a shed from Lowes with pre-made parts, you get a customizable looks like your house option. Great customer service in a timely manner. Highly recommended

I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. I had a great experience with Backyard Shed Co. Ordering was simple with a variety of options and the order came within the expected time frame. The delivery was simple. They came and dropped the shed in the exact spot with their truck and didn't leave until confirming the location. The quality of the shed looks good and they even supplied a few extra shingles and paint, just in case. I'd absolutely purchase another shed from them especially considering it saved me hours of planning and construction.

Had our 8’ x 10’ garden shed delivered to our campsite earlier today! Mike and his assistant were absolutely awesome. The shed was placed with “surgical precision” exactly where we wanted it!Could not be happier with the all around service we received from Emily and Samantha in the front office keeping us informed as to the status of our delivery to the courtesy and competency of the delivery staff top shelf all around! This company is family-owned and operated and they are professionals with excellent customer service! Emily was patient with us as we went through all of the options available, she met us on a very cold day in their off season to walk their property with us to show us plenty of samples, and she worked with us as we made changes throughout the ordering process. The shed arrived before it was promised and Mike and his crew were able to work with our unlevel ground to complete the site-work and install the pad just prior to its arrival. Their process from start to finish was smooth and simple. The shed is Amish-made and very well constructed. We are very happy with our shed!
