I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. I had a very good experience speaking with Emily on the phone nearly every day as the weather determined our delivery date. Mike and James were VERY prompt, professional, and man could Mike get our shed into a place where we wondered if it would even fit! He did so with confidence and ease, being so careful not to come near our deck or garage....he only had about 3 inches to spare but he did a GREAT job!
