From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. This company was a delight to work with.They helped us figure out what we needed, showed us around their extensive lot with many examples. They delivered a custom shed in about 5 weeks at a reasonable price. They referred us to a reasonably priced installer ( much lower cost than the other bid I received) for the crushed stone pad which was installed within days of the request. When they came to deliver-arriving exactly at the time promised, they had the shed in place in under 20 minutes. It was a pleasure to watch them work. I would not hesitate to use them again.
