A seamless experience from start to finish. Our initial visit with the owner was relaxing , informative as to options and straightforward as to the next steps. From design, build and install, communication and execution were fantastic. Love our new shed. PS: The installers were great. It was an extremely tight fit (inches) down our long driveway and they made it happen w/o a sweat.

This was our first time ordering a custom shed and they could not have made the experience any better. From Sue's help with the design (and patience with answering all our questions) to Emily's willingness to schedule everything around our crazy schedules. Mike's stone pads were prompt and so helpful in getting the site prepared. Overall, a great experience.

Emily has the patience of a saint, my husband had so many changes he made over the course of four weeks, Emily smiled through the whole ordeal....when the shed was delivered, let us say it was like a dance, smooth, precise and quickly with no detail left undone. Had our 8’ x 10’ garden shed delivered to our campsite earlier today! Mike and his assistant were absolutely awesome. The shed was placed with “surgical precision” exactly where we wanted it!Could not be happier with the all around service we received from Emily and Samantha in the front office keeping us informed as to the status of our delivery to the courtesy and competency of the delivery staff top shelf all around! just had my shed delivered....these guys are amazing!!! they are so nice and even came back when I asked if they could slightly angle it a bit more...so sweet to appease me and come back... to top it off the shed is gorgeous ... I'm more than happy with the guys and the company! highly recommend !!!!!

We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly. She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.

Backyard Sheds was easy to work with. They did what they said they would do. The entire experience was very pleasant.
