This was our first time ordering a custom shed and they could not have made the experience any better. From Sue's help with the design (and patience with answering all our questions) to Emily's willingness to schedule everything around our crazy schedules. Mike's stone pads were prompt and so helpful in getting the site prepared. Overall, a great experience.

Ryan was super easy to work with and helped me navigate all of the options (there were a lot) to help me get exactly what I needed. What surprised me the most was how much better their prices were than just about every other place I looked for similar quality. Not sure if I’ll need another shed ever again because this one is built to last but if I do or can recommend backyard sheds, I will!

I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly. She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.

We recently purchased a 3-car garage through Backyard Sheds (Selkirk). We could not be happier with all areas of our experience. Emily made our experience easy by helping put our vision into reality (design, pricing, etc.) The communication was clear and concise, timelines were met, Amos and his crew are knowledgeable and dedicated to details. It was an absolute joy to work with Backyard sheds on this project, and we would recommend to anyone considering a garage or shed. A job well done.

These guys are great! What a fantastic experience. First there was patience as I considered a 100 different options and asked a million questions. Emily was always quick to reply even if I'd taken a week to get back to her and was switching gears like crazy. Then there was great communication while the shed was built and delivery was arranged in and around some bad weather days. Next the delivery and install went smoothly and Mike answered all my questions - no drop and run for these guys - it was making sure the shed was exactly where I wanted it and I was happy. Oh and the shed itself - gorgeous - exactly what I wanted. Makes the entire property look better.

I had made arrangements with another shed place the previous fall to get a shed delivered Memorial Day weekend. When I called as requested on March 1 he told me I can’t get it to you until the end of July and the price has gone up $2k! So I found Back Yard Sheds. They made it easy to order - going over all the options for doors and colors etc. They were $2k less than the original place and delivered and installed a shed in a tight spot. They checked in the day before delivery and arrived within 10 minutes of their estimated time. Time will tell about the quality of the shed but it looks great!

A seamless experience from start to finish. Our initial visit with the owner was relaxing , informative as to options and straightforward as to the next steps. From design, build and install, communication and execution were fantastic. Love our new shed. PS: The installers were great. It was an extremely tight fit (inches) down our long driveway and they made it happen w/o a sweat.
