She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.

I had a very good experience speaking with Emily on the phone nearly every day as the weather determined our delivery date. Mike and James were VERY prompt, professional, and man could Mike get our shed into a place where we wondered if it would even fit! He did so with confidence and ease, being so careful not to come near our deck or garage....he only had about 3 inches to spare but he did a GREAT job!
