At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. I visited the site and found the perfect shed for my needs and backyard. After putting in the down payment, they worked with me on obtaining the necessary building permit and found a way to get it back there despite limited access (I live in a townhouse). The employees who came to put the stone pad down and placed the shed were amazing and handled the neighbors children talking to them really well, despite them constantly coming back and it being in the 90s heatwise. I am extremely happy with the shed and the experience!
