					Fantastic job! Sue and Mike were a pleasure to work with! They were very professional, kept us in the loop and worked with us to design the perfect shed. 					Can't say enough about the customer service with Backyard Shed Co. From the office to the installers it was a very positive experience. This is the second shed I've purchased from them and would go back again. Highly recommended!

					We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly.  She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up.  She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care.  FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.

					A seamless experience from start to finish. Our initial visit with the owner was relaxing , informative as to options and straightforward as to the next steps. From design, build and install, communication and execution were fantastic. Love our new shed. PS: The installers were great. It was an extremely tight fit (inches) down our long driveway and they made it happen w/o a sweat.

This company is family-owned and operated and they are professionals with excellent customer service! Emily was patient with us as we went through all of the options available, she met us on a very cold day in their off season to walk their property with us to show us plenty of samples, and she worked with us as we made changes throughout the ordering process. The shed arrived before it was promised and Mike and his crew were able to work with our unlevel ground to complete the site-work and install the pad just prior to its arrival. Their process from start to finish was smooth and simple. The shed is Amish-made and very well constructed. We are very happy with our shed!

Had our 8’ x 10’ garden shed delivered to our campsite earlier today! Mike and his assistant were absolutely awesome. The shed was placed with “surgical precision” exactly where we wanted it!Could not be happier with the all around service we received from Emily and Samantha in the front office keeping us informed as to the status of our delivery to the courtesy and competency of the delivery staff top shelf all around! This company was a delight to work with.They helped us figure out what we needed, showed us around their extensive lot with many examples. They delivered a custom shed in about 5 weeks at a reasonable price. They referred us to a reasonably priced installer ( much lower cost than the other bid I received) for the crushed stone pad which was installed within days of the request. When they came to deliver-arriving exactly at the time promised, they had the shed in place in under 20 minutes. It was a pleasure to watch them work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Such an amazing and friendly office staff. Helped with every step of the process to make it an easy experience. From options for getting the shed into our backyard, to the stone pad to keep it nice and dry. Even the care to maneuver it into place with absolutely no disruption to our yard. Back Yard Sheds was great to work with from our initial inquiry right through to the delivery and setup of our new shed. We were anticpating a long lead time with the current supply chain issues so we were surpised how quickly they were able to deliver and setup the shed (a total of one week). They were able to navigate their equipment and the shed through a tight opening to set it up in our backyard, professional and responsive all around! Great work!

I visited the site and found the perfect shed for my needs and backyard. After putting in the down payment, they worked with me on obtaining the necessary building permit and found a way to get it back there despite limited access (I live in a townhouse). The employees who came to put the stone pad down and placed the shed were amazing and handled the neighbors children talking to them really well, despite them constantly coming back and it being in the 90s heatwise. I am extremely happy with the shed and the experience!
