					I had a very good experience speaking with Emily on the phone nearly every day as the weather determined our delivery date. Mike and James were VERY prompt, professional, and man could Mike get our shed into a place where we wondered if it would even fit! He did so with confidence and ease, being so careful not to come near our deck or garage....he only had about 3 inches to spare but he did a GREAT job! I will be getting a "she-shed" in the future from them as a result of their superior service!!!! Debbie

					I can’t say enough good things about this company! From when I first went to look at sheds through to delivery, they were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. So happy with my new shed! I would highly recommend them to anyone that’s shed shopping!

					Ryan was super easy to work with and helped me navigate all of the options (there were a lot) to help me get exactly what I needed. What surprised me the most was how much better their prices were than just about every other place I looked for similar quality. Not sure if I’ll need another shed ever again because this one is built to last but if I do or can recommend backyard sheds, I will!

					A seamless experience from start to finish. Our initial visit with the owner was relaxing , informative as to options and straightforward as to the next steps. From design, build and install, communication and execution were fantastic. Love our new shed. PS: The installers were great. It was an extremely tight fit (inches) down our long driveway and they made it happen w/o a sweat.

I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. It took two days for the actual garage to get installed on my concrete slab and it more than met my hopes. Amazing staff and quality structures! I highly recommend Backyard Sheds Co!

From Sue's help with the design (and patience with answering all our questions) to Emily's willingness to schedule everything around our crazy schedules. We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly. She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.
