I had a very good experience speaking with Emily on the phone nearly every day as the weather determined our delivery date. Mike and James were VERY prompt, professional, and man could Mike get our shed into a place where we wondered if it would even fit! He did so with confidence and ease, being so careful not to come near our deck or garage....he only had about 3 inches to spare but he did a GREAT job! I will be getting a "she-shed" in the future from them as a result of their superior service!!!! Debbie

We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly. She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.

Such an amazing and friendly office staff. Helped with every step of the process to make it an easy experience. From options for getting the shed into our backyard, to the stone pad to keep it nice and dry. Even the care to maneuver it into place with absolutely no disruption to our yard. Unbelievable quality with these sheds at a time when most of what you buy is junk. The folks here know their business and bend over backwards to help you get what you want. Had one minor problem after the install and they fixed it right quick. I highly recommend Backyard Sheds!
