At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly. She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.
