From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. If you are wanting to get a shed, don't waste your time at LOWES, HOME DEPOT go to BACKYARD SHEDS. Emily has the patience of a saint, my husband had so many changes he made over the course of four weeks, Emily smiled through the whole ordeal....when the shed was delivered, let us say it was like a dance, smooth, precise and quickly with no detail left undone. Back Yard Sheds was great to work with from our initial inquiry right through to the delivery and setup of our new shed. We were anticpating a long lead time with the current supply chain issues so we were surpised how quickly they were able to deliver and setup the shed (a total of one week). They were able to navigate their equipment and the shed through a tight opening to set it up in our backyard, professional and responsive all around! Great work!
