If you are wanting to get a shed, don't waste your time at LOWES, HOME DEPOT go to BACKYARD SHEDS. Emily has the patience of a saint, my husband had so many changes he made over the course of four weeks, Emily smiled through the whole ordeal....when the shed was delivered, let us say it was like a dance, smooth, precise and quickly with no detail left undone. From Sue's help with the design (and patience with answering all our questions) to Emily's willingness to schedule everything around our crazy schedules. We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly. She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.
