We normally don’t post reviews, but we had such excellent service in our custom shed process, we wanted to share. Very fair and transparent pricing, great workmanship, perfect match of our house vinyl color and shingles, excellent customer service, perfect installation. We did a lot of research and looked at all the local shed companies and the big box stores, and selected this company. Sure glad we did - if you are looking for a high quality product at a reasonable price for that quality, Backyard Shed Co is the place to go.

This company is family-owned and operated and they are professionals with excellent customer service! Emily was patient with us as we went through all of the options available, she met us on a very cold day in their off season to walk their property with us to show us plenty of samples, and she worked with us as we made changes throughout the ordering process. The shed arrived before it was promised and Mike and his crew were able to work with our unlevel ground to complete the site-work and install the pad just prior to its arrival. Their process from start to finish was smooth and simple. The shed is Amish-made and very well constructed. We are very happy with our shed!

I visited the site and found the perfect shed for my needs and backyard. After putting in the down payment, they worked with me on obtaining the necessary building permit and found a way to get it back there despite limited access (I live in a townhouse). The employees who came to put the stone pad down and placed the shed were amazing and handled the neighbors children talking to them really well, despite them constantly coming back and it being in the 90s heatwise. I am extremely happy with the shed and the experience!

If you are wanting to get a shed, don't waste your time at LOWES, HOME DEPOT go to BACKYARD SHEDS. Emily has the patience of a saint, my husband had so many changes he made over the course of four weeks, Emily smiled through the whole ordeal....when the shed was delivered, let us say it was like a dance, smooth, precise and quickly with no detail left undone. I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. It took two days for the actual garage to get installed on my concrete slab and it more than met my hopes. Amazing staff and quality structures! I highly recommend Backyard Sheds Co!
