I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. We had a wonderful experience purchasing a gazebo from Backyard Sheds and Gazebo’s. We knew what we wanted, they had it in stock and within half an hour we had completed the paperwork and placed a deposit. It was delivered six days later. The two young men who transferred it from the flatbed truck to our patio were very skilled. We highly recommend this company.
