I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. This was our first time ordering a custom shed and they could not have made the experience any better. From Sue's help with the design (and patience with answering all our questions) to Emily's willingness to schedule everything around our crazy schedules. If you are wanting to get a shed, don't waste your time at LOWES, HOME DEPOT go to BACKYARD SHEDS. Emily has the patience of a saint, my husband had so many changes he made over the course of four weeks, Emily smiled through the whole ordeal....when the shed was delivered, let us say it was like a dance, smooth, precise and quickly with no detail left undone.
