From Sue's help with the design (and patience with answering all our questions) to Emily's willingness to schedule everything around our crazy schedules. I had a very good experience speaking with Emily on the phone nearly every day as the weather determined our delivery date. Mike and James were VERY prompt, professional, and man could Mike get our shed into a place where we wondered if it would even fit! He did so with confidence and ease, being so careful not to come near our deck or garage....he only had about 3 inches to spare but he did a GREAT job! We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly. She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.

We normally don’t post reviews, but we had such excellent service in our custom shed process, we wanted to share. Very fair and transparent pricing, great workmanship, perfect match of our house vinyl color and shingles, excellent customer service, perfect installation. We did a lot of research and looked at all the local shed companies and the big box stores, and selected this company. Sure glad we did - if you are looking for a high quality product at a reasonable price for that quality, Backyard Shed Co is the place to go.

I had a great experience with Backyard Shed Co. Ordering was simple with a variety of options and the order came within the expected time frame. The delivery was simple. They came and dropped the shed in the exact spot with their truck and didn't leave until confirming the location. The quality of the shed looks good and they even supplied a few extra shingles and paint, just in case. I'd absolutely purchase another shed from them especially considering it saved me hours of planning and construction.

just had my shed delivered....these guys are amazing!!! they are so nice and even came back when I asked if they could slightly angle it a bit more...so sweet to appease me and come back... to top it off the shed is gorgeous ...
