I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. I ordered a custom 12'x22' modular building to expand the living space offered by the main house. This was an unconventional project that required quite a bit of back and forth with the Town for permitting purposes over a few months but first Sam and then Emily stuck with me the entire way through. The building was delivered today, despite frigid temperatures that created significant difficulties, and I couldn't be happier with the Amish-built final product.
