This was our first time ordering a custom shed and they could not have made the experience any better. From Sue's help with the design (and patience with answering all our questions) to Emily's willingness to schedule everything around our crazy schedules. If you are wanting to get a shed, don't waste your time at LOWES, HOME DEPOT go to BACKYARD SHEDS. Emily has the patience of a saint, my husband had so many changes he made over the course of four weeks, Emily smiled through the whole ordeal....when the shed was delivered, let us say it was like a dance, smooth, precise and quickly with no detail left undone.
