We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly. She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.

A seamless experience from start to finish. Our initial visit with the owner was relaxing , informative as to options and straightforward as to the next steps. From design, build and install, communication and execution were fantastic. Love our new shed. PS: The installers were great. It was an extremely tight fit (inches) down our long driveway and they made it happen w/o a sweat.

I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. It took two days for the actual garage to get installed on my concrete slab and it more than met my hopes. Amazing staff and quality structures! I highly recommend Backyard Sheds Co!

I had a great experience with Backyard Shed Co. Ordering was simple with a variety of options and the order came within the expected time frame. The delivery was simple. They came and dropped the shed in the exact spot with their truck and didn't leave until confirming the location. The quality of the shed looks good and they even supplied a few extra shingles and paint, just in case. I'd absolutely purchase another shed from them especially considering it saved me hours of planning and construction.

I visited the site and found the perfect shed for my needs and backyard. After putting in the down payment, they worked with me on obtaining the necessary building permit and found a way to get it back there despite limited access (I live in a townhouse). The employees who came to put the stone pad down and placed the shed were amazing and handled the neighbors children talking to them really well, despite them constantly coming back and it being in the 90s heatwise. I am extremely happy with the shed and the experience!
