This was our first time ordering a custom shed and they could not have made the experience any better. From Sue's help with the design (and patience with answering all our questions) to Emily's willingness to schedule everything around our crazy schedules. I had spent many years envisioning my ideal work/sculpture studio and garage combo. From my first visit to Backyard Shed Co.'s website and the prompt reply I received from them I felt comfortable with their honesty and non pushy sales approach. At no point did I feel like a "customer" as much as I felt their team understood what I wanted and needed all within my estimated budget. I felt I was genuinely being helped to reach my goal. Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. It took two days for the actual garage to get installed on my concrete slab and it more than met my hopes. Amazing staff and quality structures! I highly recommend Backyard Sheds Co!

Ryan was super easy to work with and helped me navigate all of the options (there were a lot) to help me get exactly what I needed. What surprised me the most was how much better their prices were than just about every other place I looked for similar quality. Not sure if I’ll need another shed ever again because this one is built to last but if I do or can recommend backyard sheds, I will!

just had my shed delivered....these guys are amazing!!! they are so nice and even came back when I asked if they could slightly angle it a bit more...so sweet to appease me and come back... to top it off the shed is gorgeous ... Back Yard Sheds was great to work with from our initial inquiry right through to the delivery and setup of our new shed. We were anticpating a long lead time with the current supply chain issues so we were surpised how quickly they were able to deliver and setup the shed (a total of one week). They were able to navigate their equipment and the shed through a tight opening to set it up in our backyard, professional and responsive all around! Great work!
