Each step of the process was also extremely clear and patient. As someone who was more than unfamiliar with the process of building a permit required structure, Fred and the team made sure I was not missing a beat. Unbelievable quality with these sheds at a time when most of what you buy is junk. The folks here know their business and bend over backwards to help you get what you want. Had one minor problem after the install and they fixed it right quick. I highly recommend Backyard Sheds!

I had a very good experience speaking with Emily on the phone nearly every day as the weather determined our delivery date. Mike and James were VERY prompt, professional, and man could Mike get our shed into a place where we wondered if it would even fit! He did so with confidence and ease, being so careful not to come near our deck or garage....he only had about 3 inches to spare but he did a GREAT job!
